I will try to explain here as best as I can my process with your orders!

PACKAGING

Keychain orders are shipped within bubble mailers, while being wrapped in tissue paper, to ensure better protection. Keychains will also be kept in a plastic bag given by my manufacturer and their protective films to avoid any water damage. (you have to peel the protective film off when receiving them!)

For sticker only orders, they will be shipped in small envelopes with a cardboard to avoid any bending. Stickers will be protected of any water damage in a cellophane bag.

SHIPPING

I ship out packages every Monday!   Preorder items will be shipped when the production is over.

Shipping estimate

Untracked, France: ~4-7 business days                                

Tracked, France: ~3-5 business days

Untracked, International: ~2-4 weeks

Tracked, International: ~5-10 business days

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, shipping may take more time than usual. Thank you for your understanding.

Estimates are usually accurate but in rare cases may take longer. If your order hasn't arrived in 3 months after it was shipped, please contact me. However, please note that once I hand a package to the postal service, I have no control over their actions. For this reason, in the rare event of an untracked package being lost, I cannot send replacements or refunds. I keep photo records of all shipped orders in case something happens to your package, so if you have an issue with it, please don't hesitate to contact me!

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as you can. After a few days, I may be unable to cancel your order.

If you've made a mistake on your order that needs to be fixed, don't worry: contact me explaining me the needed change along with your order number and if possible, I will change it for you.

Items may also not be returned nor refunded if they were succesfully shipped and received.
